Price accuracy & warranty

CURRENCY

Prices for our products are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in this currency.

TAXES

Taxes are not included in the selling price. They will be added at the checkout, before validating your order. They are calculated according to your province of origin (in Canada). In Quebec, the following sales taxes are applicable: GST 5% QST 9.975%.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees may be added, they will be indicated before validating your order.

MODIFICATIONS

The prices of our products can be modified without notice.

PAYMENT

The fact of validating your order implies that you are in the obligation to pay the price indicated in its totality.

All purchases must be paid using the payment methods offered to ensure the security of the payment.

No payment in cash or by check will be accepted.

GUARANTEE

It is impossible to guarantee that the color and aesthetics of the products sent will be identical to the images proposed on the website.

The display of colors on your screen may not be accurate, and each product is handmade. It is therefore impossible to perfectly reproduce 2 identical products.

All the products of Marée Chandelles are impeccable when they leave our workshop. In case of dissatisfaction or breakage, they could be exchanged or refunded, at our convenience with photo proof. Please let us know within 7 days by using the contact form OR by email

No shipping costs will be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Marée Chandelles could not be held for person in charge of the damage resulting from a misuse of the bought product.

Marée Chandelles cannot be held as person in charge of any problem / inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular computer virus, external intrusion and other inconveniences.
