Properties

Uses

• Diffusion - To create an energizing atmosphere in your home, diffuse a few drops of the blend in an essential oil diffuser.
• Bath - Add a few drops of the mixture to your bath.
• Massage - Dilute a few drops of the mixture in a vegetable oil and massage your body to stimulate blood circulation and tone muscles.
• Skin application - Apply a few drops of the mixture to your wrists, temple or solar plexus for a boost of energy and motivation.

HOW TO USE

• Do not use in the dryer on dryer balls.
• If you have pets at home, be sure to diffuse the essential oil in a well-ventilated room where they can go outside freely. It is advisable to use a very light and occasional diffusion.
